In-Person Home Tours to Begin May 15
Allegheny, Washington, and Butler Counties will be entering the ‘COVID-19 Yellow Phase’ on Friday, May 15, 2020. The Yellow Phase allows prospective customers to begin scheduling on-site, in-person home tours. We know you’re excited about the opportunity to continue your home search, and we can’t wait to open the doors of our homes to you!
Health and safety are still front-of-mind for all of us at Benjamin Marcus Homes, and we are following the guidelines set forth by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) to ensure the wellbeing of our buyers, their agents, and our staff.

GUIDELINES
- No more than two individuals may attend an appointment in-person (one agent and one individual responsible for the listing of the property). Other persons should either leave the property for the duration of the appointment or utilize appropriate social distancing.
- Agents and consumers who attend the appointment should complete a health screening questionnaire similar in scope to PAR Form COVID-HSA no more than 24 hours prior to the listing appointment.
- Agents must utilize sanitizer and any other relevant personal protective equipment required by the most recent state and federal guidance.
